Enjoy our contemporary reinterpretation of the traditional Coca d'espencat, in which we have softened the intensity of the usual salting.

In this dish, capellanet, a typically salted fish, is carefully macerated with a selection of fresh vegetables to balance and enhance its marine flavours.

We add a smooth and creamy touch with Valencian cheese of a neutral character, which complements without dominating.

The base is a crispy, lightly browned coca, which serves as the perfect bed for this delicious balance of flavours and textures.
